1.-How to return an article?

Before returning any item you will have to contact us reporting what has happened, if the item has arrived defective or there has been an error on our part and we have sent you an item you did not ask, we will be responsible for it and We'll put a solution to the problem. (The shipping charges will be on our account and the expenses of your shipment are returned to you in a store voucher). You have to get in touch via E-Mail:

If in 24/48 hours we have not answered, re-write, we will not have reached the mail or there have been some error.

Once you have seen the case you have to send us to the address that we indicate the article or articles to return with a sheet explaining the reason of the return and your complete data, we will refund or pay the items that return in a voucher for next Shopping in www.skinpride.com. We do not accept returns of garments that have been washed or showing signs of being used, without their original wrappers, CDs, DVDs unsealed (unless they are defective), or underwear (for hygiene), or books or fanzines. ALSO REMEMBER THAT NOTHING CAN BE RETURNED WITH THE TAG RIPPED... Logically not all products are labeled, but we already know what garments they carry and will not be allowed to return any of these items with the label torn.

Important:

After a period of 14 days from the delivery of the order, no changes or returns will be accepted.

The shipment of the returns is in charge of the customer, and no return will be admitted without notice. No refunds will be accepted. Until they have received the material to be returned, the merchandise will not be changed or the refund

We recommend the shipping certificate (leave proof of shipment), we are not responsible for any order that goes without certifying, you can not claim to post if any incident with the package. Sending an uncertified package is a risk, because it has no tracking number and if lost/disappears does not leave evidence, so we strongly recommend shipping by certificate, either by certified letter or Blue package (depending on weight/size, You can get cheaper one or another option, in the Post Office will inform you), the most economical is to send it by post, if you decide to send it by some courier company, make sure they make shipments to P.O. boxes (our address), we review Our mailbox twice a week, a mailing usually takes 2-3 working days and is not worth sending by courier, being more expensive

If the return are shoes/boots/sports, which go in your box, not to damage the box, put wrapping paper or plastic, do not put tape or anything on the box without protecting, not to damage

Once you get your material (think it has to take a maximum of 10 working days since you send us) we will inform you that we have received. Otherwise, ask if we have received it, because if you had not arrived you would have to claim it to post. That is why it is important that you save the receipt of the mail certificate sending us the material. Once verified that the material that you have sent us this correct (it is the indicated material, with its/their labels and original packaging and without having been used, etc..., we will proceed to the change of the merchandise or refund of the amount in a voucher for next purchases in www.skinpride.com, you will be instructed when the change is sent, with an email with the shipping data.

Can I change the size of a T-shirt or clothes?
As long as the garment to be changed is not used, dirty or washed it can be changed for another size (as long as it is available in stock). We will not accept changes in underwear for obvious reasons of hygiene. How to do it? Well, it is very simple, you get in touch with us by Email and provide us your data and order number, as well as garments you want to change size and what size you want to change. We will provide the address to which you have to return the garments and we will ask you to send us a sheet, explaining the garment you want, reference, size... To put it in the envelope or package you use to return the garments. The costs of sending and re-sending of the garments will be in your charge (we can manage the shipping and forwarding and you get cheaper). When we receive the garments we will let you know that this is all correct and we will send you an Email with the data of the shipment once we send you the new garments.

Important!!:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS ON OFFER/SALE (IF SIZE CHANGES, PROVIDED THAT IT IS AVAILABLE). Some of the reduced products may have Tara, indicated on the page, or because it has been a while in the store go with some gall/dirt.

2.-What happens if we return an order?

If we return an order that you made us, usually emails and puts us in the package the reason for the return. By expired or not collected is the most common motive.
